Earn Design Services Limited is a CAD design service for the Construction Industry. We have been working out of North Lincolnshire for the past fifteen years. Before that we were in CAD design and build in Scotland specialising in both traditional and timber frame building technology. We are a small family business and most of our business comes via word of mouth recommendations.

We specialise in design for the construction industry. Mike Upton is the main architectural technician. We work with other local specialists as necessary. Mike started the company with his wife Chris in 1991 in Bridge of Earn near Perth in Scotland. In 1993 the family relocated to North Lincolnshire. Mike designs for Industrial and Domestic projects. Warehouses to Restaurants, Extensions to New Build Houses. The projects we have been involved in recently include Offices, Shops, Conservatories & Garages, Warehouses, Food Premises, Hotels and Restaurants.
